Fizztech – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the technical and support services (“Services”) provided remotely by Fizztech (“Fizztech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Fizztech provides remote technical support services to individuals and businesses using the following communication channels:

  • Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

  • Landline and mobile telephone calls

  • Messaging and voice calls via WhatsApp

Important: Fizztech does not use or offer remote login/control software. We will not access your devices directly under any circumstance.

2. Scope of Support

Fizztech provides general troubleshooting, technical advice, and guidance based on the information provided by the client. The effectiveness of our support is contingent upon the accuracy and completeness of the information you the client provide. Fizztech does not guarantee that all issues will be resolved and does not promise compatibility or performance of any third-party hardware, software, or services.

3. Client Responsibility

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your technical issue.

  • Follow instructions provided by our technicians.

  • Ensure all necessary data is backed up prior to receiving support.

  • Take full responsibility for any changes or modifications made to your device or and systems or during or after the support session.

Fizztech is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, system malfunction, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the support process.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Fizztech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of business, or device malfunction, arising out of or related to the use of our Services. Fizztech makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or outcome. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fizztech, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6. Confidentiality and Communications

While we strive to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of your information, you acknowledge that communication via telephone and online messaging (e.g., WhatsApp, video conferencing) may be subject to interception, unauthorized access, or data loss.Fizztech shall not be held responsible for any breach of confidentiality or data security arising from the use of such third-party communication tools.

7. No Remote Access Disclaimer

Fizztech does not access your computer, mobile device, network, or any system, device directly. All support is advisory in nature. You acknowledge that the implementation of our recommendations is done solely at your own risk.

8. Payment and Fees

All fees for Services will be communicated in advance. Payment is due as agreed prior to or immediately following the session. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

9. Termination of Service

Fizztech reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, threats, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Hong Kong], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

Fizztech may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our official website or communicated via email/WhatsApp. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
